We are now looking for an HR Manager with responsibility for internal communications for a well-established, international company in strong growth. The organization has an entrepreneurial culture, with short decision-making paths and a strong focus on results, collaboration, and development.
This is not a role where you simply manage existing processes – but an opportunity to actively shape how the organization works with people, culture, and communication moving forward.
About the role
You will have broad responsibility across the entire HR area, while also driving and developing internal communications within the organization.
The role includes, among other things:
• Responsibility for the entire HR agenda – recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and employee relations
• Acting as a strategic and operational support to management and managers
• Driving internal communications – from leadership messages to larger internal initiatives
• Building structure, processes, and working methods that support a growing organization
• Working with employer branding and talent attraction
• Ensuring that HR work complies with relevant labor law and practices
You will work in an international environment with teams in several countries and have the opportunity to influence both working methods and culture.
We are looking for someone who
• Has several years of broad HR experience, preferably in a growth environment
• Is confident in Swedish labor law and HR practices
• Enjoys a role where you both think strategically and work operationally
• Has a strong drive and is used to taking personal responsibility
• Is a skilled communicator and used to formulating messages for different audiences
• Has good collaboration skills and builds trust at all levels
Experience from international organizations or fast-growing companies is meritorious.
