We are now opening 6 new positions at our office in Palma de Mallorca and are looking for ambitious individuals ready to take the next step in their career.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming customer matters via phone. You will assist customers professionally and efficiently, always focusing on quality and service.

Working hours may vary between day, evening, and night depending on the project you are assigned to.

The work includes:

  • Managing bookings and cancellations
  • Assisting both private and corporate customers
  • Working towards clear goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiency

You will become an important part of the team, where your efforts directly impact both the customer experience and results.
