Job description

In the role of assembler, you work together with experienced colleagues towards common goals. Work tasks vary but mainly consist of:

• Assembly of components and products according to drawings, instructions, and work orders
• Fine and coarse assembly, sometimes in tight or technically demanding spaces
• Inspection, measurement, and verification of assembled products
• Problem-solving and handling deviations in production
• Reporting completed work and quality in the ERP system (Monitor)
• Actively contributing to order, structure, and good collaboration in the team

Work takes place in a clean, modern, and well-organized workshop environment, where quality is prioritized over speed.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

• Enjoy practical work and have an eye for detail
• Are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Thrive working both independently and in a team
• Have a good ability to follow instructions and work in a structured way
• Master Swedish in speech and writing, and can read and understand English instructions and documentation

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in assembly or workshop work (alternatively, a technical high school education)
• Familiarity with using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions in Swedish and English

Forklift and overhead crane licenses are meritorious but not required.
