Would you like to take overall responsibility for mobile development in an environment where you actually get to influence technology choices, architecture and direction?

We are now looking for a Senior App Developer for an international company in strong growth with a focus on digital products and user experience.

About the role

You will have overall technical responsibility for the company's mobile applications and become a key person in how the mobile platform develops going forward.

There are already several apps in operation, while new launches are planned. The role involves clear technical ownership – from architecture and technical decisions to establishing best practice for how apps are built, scaled and managed.

You work closely with the product and business side, but independently drive the technical direction and ensure a stable foundation for continued growth.

Your responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical structure for cross-platform applications

• Drive development of new apps and further develop existing ones

• Establish best practices in app development, release processes and code quality

• Ensure high performance, stability, and scalability

• Make technical decisions regarding frameworks, packages, and integrations

• Work closely with product teams to translate needs into technical solutions

• Ensure that applications meet relevant technical and regulatory requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in mobile development in production (preferably cross-platform)

• Has good knowledge of e.g. Flutter, React Native or similar frameworks

• Has experience in taking technical responsibility for apps with many users

• Has a good understanding of mobile architecture, state management and testing

• Has experience with API integrations and backend communication

• Has knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and release processes

• Is self-driven and comfortable owning a technical solution from scratch

Desirable

• Experience from digital products in a growth environment

• Experience in native development in Swift or Kotlin

• Experience in apps with high demands on performance and stability

• Experience with AI tools in the development process
