Senior Motion Designer (After Effects & AI) – Sweden / Remote / Hybrid

We are now looking for a Senior Motion Designer for a well-established international company with strong growth and a strong focus on digital products and marketing.

About the role

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in After Effects and already actively uses the latest generation of AI tools in creative production.

You will produce motion graphics for digital marketing at a high pace, focusing on what actually works and drives results.

You will work closely with creative strategists, marketers, and other teams to quickly take ideas from concept to final delivery – and continuously optimize based on data.

Your responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for digital campaigns (social media, display, and video)

• Use AI tools to streamline production and iteration

• Work with performance-driven creative concepts

• Test, analyze, and optimize content based on results

• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams

• Ensure visual quality and consistency

We are looking for someone who

• Has very good knowledge of Adobe After Effects (required)

• Has experience in motion design within digital marketing

• Actively uses AI tools in your creative process

• Has a sense of timing, storytelling, and visual communication

• Understands how creative content affects results and conversion

• Is fast, self-sufficient, and thrives in a high-paced environment

Meriting

• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, or similar

• Understanding of digital campaigns and metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA)

• Experience from international or fast-growing companies
