Experienced cook - Production kitchen in Kalmar

Your tasks

As a cook at Trofo Invest & Trading Company AB, you will work in a large kitchen in Kalmar where food is produced to be delivered to several facilities.

The job is during daytime Monday to Friday. The workplace is located in Kalmar at Verkstadsgatan 41.

Tasks related to cooking:

· Receive orders

· Organize the kitchen

. Cook food

· Ensure food quality

· Manage HACCP and self-checks for the kitchen

· Ensure the kitchen is maintained and always clean

· Ensure products in freezer and cold rooms are stored correctly

· Inventory management

You will be assisted by other cooks and the production and kitchen manager.

About you

The right person for this position has:

· Several years of experience in qualified food handling

· Experience in a large kitchen producing food for several thousand portions

· Experience in handling special diets such as lactose-free, gluten-free, stoma diet, milk protein-free, salt-free diet

· You must be self-sufficient and able to cooperate with your colleagues

· Kitchen training in special diets
