Job Description

Do you have a passion for cooking and want to take our kitchen to new heights? Your task will be, together with the head chef, to be responsible for maintaining the high standards we have set for flavors, presentation, and cleanliness, while ensuring that every meal leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality. For us, what you have done before is not important; rather, your attitude to learning and your will to make our neighborhood restaurant the best in the area matters. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, as it is important that we function as a team. Part of the time you will work alone in the kitchen, which means you should be self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every meal leaving the kitchen is of high quality and presentation
• Participate in ordering and managing inventory to ensure we have the best ingredients
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen is always clean and organized

Your Competence

• Education or previous experience as a chef
• Knowledge of cooking with a focus on flavors
• Ability to work in a fast and dynamic kitchen environment
• Passion for food and creativity in cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene

About Us

Two weeks after the opening of our neighborhood restaurant, with full house every day, we need to reinforce our team with two more dedicated chefs. The menu is relatively simple but adaptable over time, where flavors determine quality and have proven to be a winning concept. Our vision is to become the central meeting point in the area for residents, workers, and passersby. A place to meet over a meal or a nice drink.

Other Conditions

Start date: immediately

Working hours: Evenings and weekends according to a rotating schedule (opening hours 11-22)

Extent: Full-time / part-time

Salary: According to collective agreement
