We are looking for new colleagues for the upcoming summer season 2026, starting in early July and ending in September/October.

At Fjällnäs, we focus on the guest experience and prefer to tell rather than inform; in conversations with guests and colleagues. Here we work closely together with the common goal of creating a unique and exclusive experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who prioritizes the guest's best interests and enjoys working in a positive and knowledgeable team. At our award-winning spa, we want to provide our guests with the best possible relaxation. The role involves daily routines such as welcoming guests, selling products, answering the phone, making bookings, taking care of our relaxation area, and light cleaning.

We see that you are a person who:

• Is orderly, punctual, has a strong work ethic and a sense of service.

• Understands that cooperation and team spirit create value for the guest and yourself.

• Has good social skills and a cheerful disposition.

• Has a genuine interest in people, service, food, and drink.

• Speaks fluent Swedish and is proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Wants to contribute, together with your colleagues, to creating a memorable experience for guests and for those of us working at Fjällnäs.

We would prefer that you have the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience in retail sales or similar.

• Experience as a spa guest and/or previous employment.

• Any training within spa is a plus.

Working hours include day and evening shifts as well as weekends according to schedule. As an employee at Fjällnäs, there is the opportunity to rent staff accommodation near the hotel. Otherwise, according to agreement in the contract.
