Here you work in a professional kitchen with high tempo, clear structure, and a strong focus on quality, service, and teamwork. The menu is based on classic grill dishes, well-handled ingredients, and a kitchen that delivers from lunch to evening – with consistent quality, good energy, and high expectations.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, works cleanly and organized, and thrives in a service environment where pace, timing, and collaboration are crucial.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in restaurant kitchens
• Is confident in service and used to fast pace
• Has good knowledge of ingredients and respect for structure
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a team and contributes with stable energy in the kitchen

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Grill
• À la carte
• Mise en place
• Charcoal grill or larger service flows
