Beverage Developer / Non-Alcoholic Beverage Specialist

We are looking for a creative and curious person who wants to help develop our beverage concept with a focus on non-alcoholic options inspired by Korean food culture.

In this role, you are responsible for creating, testing, and further developing our own drinks that complement our menu—with a particular focus on fermented drinks, teas, and modern servings such as matcha and other specialties.

You will play an important role in shaping our beverage identity and contributing to an overall guest experience.

Work duties:

Develop and create new non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., fermented drinks, tea-based drinks, matcha)

* Experiment with flavors, techniques, and seasonal ingredients

* Responsible for quality, recipes, and presentation of beverages

* Ensure hygiene and handling during fermentation

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create drinks that pair with the food

* Participate in daily kitchen work as needed (preparation, service, dishes, etc.) Opportunity to combine with another job.
