Hourly employment Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant spring/summer2026

For over 300 years, the Foundation Borgerskapets Enkehus and Gubbhus have worked to provide good care for Stockholm's elderly residents. We are centrally located on Södermalm.

Borgerskapet is certified in the training program "Living with Dementia", based on Silviahemmet's palliative care philosophy.

Scope: hourly employment, up to 100% continuous, based on your preferred working weeks and our needs.

Duration: mainly summer; we also have needs during spring and autumn.

Employment form: intermittent employment

About the job:

We are looking for you who are versatile and meticulous, a team player with good communication skills and a genuine interest in working in elderly care.

You can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are attentive and present, and thrive working both independently and in a group.

We seek you with tact who values high quality and service for the guests in the care home. The hourly employment involves work in both somatic and dementia wards.

About the position: We seek you who want to work during day/evening/every other weekend. The work includes ordinary nursing assistant duties such as caregiving, documentation, medication distribution, good service to the guests, and being a good colleague.

During the summer months, you will substitute for regular staff. It is important that you inform us of the weeks you can work during the summer; you will then follow the regular staff's schedule.

We hope you have/are experienced:

You have previous experience in elderly care.

Experience in service professions is also meritorious.
