Frösjö Health Center is centrally located in Gnesta, just two minutes from the train and bus station. We are a private health center with a contract under Health Choice, Region Sörmland, and have approximately 4000 registered patients.

Our team is engaged and tight-knit, with short decision-making paths and close leadership. We place great emphasis on accessibility, continuity, and quality – both for our patients and our work environment.

We are in a development phase where we actively work to strengthen primary care psychological services and create clear, sustainable care flows.

Your duties:

With us, you will work according to primary care's mission, assessing and treating mild to moderate mental health issues (including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, lifestyle habits, and life changes).

Your qualifications:

• Licensed psychologist
• Experience in primary care or with CBT is meritorious

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has good collaboration skills, and thrives working both independently and in a team. You have an interest in contributing to the development of working methods and quality in the organization.
