Working hours: day and evening, weekend work may occur

Day: Scheduled between 07.00-17.00, total 8 hours/day.

Evening: 12.00-20.30 or 13.00-21.30

Weekend: 13.00-21.30

Extent is 100%

Job duties:

The work involves healthcare at home at the primary care level. Planned and unplanned consultations, assessments and interventions by telephone.

• During weekends only on-call activities with consultations, assessments and interventions by telephone and/or via home healthcare visits.
• The work is based at the home healthcare office premises where all nurses/district nurses in home healthcare sit together with rehabilitation staff. The workplace provides a company car during working hours.
• Joint planning between home healthcare and group homes occurs.

Requirements:

Swedish nursing license

Swedish C1

Driving license B

Able to work at least 80% of the assignment period.

Experience of documentation in Combine

Experience working in home healthcare
