Place Description: Fornhöjden Care Centre in Södertälje wants to recruit a new District Nurse/Nurse.

Fornhöjden Care Centre has approximately 4600 listed patients and is located in pleasant,

spacious premises in Fornhöjden centre, within walking distance of Östertälje station.

Our operations include everything from doctor's appointments, nurse consultations,

psychotherapy, to home healthcare.

The medical record system is Take Care, and the telephone system is Tele-q.

Job Duties

Will include clinic work and home visits, telephone advice, scheduling

acute visits.

You will help develop the practice into an attractive healthcare centre for both

staff and patients.

Education/Experience

We are looking for someone who is a licensed District Nurse/Nurse with a personal commitment and

patient focus.

You have at least 2 years of work experience and relevant education.

You enjoy your professional role and contribute to a good working climate with initiative and

flexibility.

Terms: 6 months probationary period

Driver's license B is required

Start date: According to agreement
