Taxi Gotland is now looking for traffic controllers for casual employment – perfect for those who want to work extra alongside studies, other jobs, or their own business.

About the role

As a traffic controller, you are the hub of our daily operations. You work with taking bookings, planning and allocating trips, and maintaining ongoing contact with drivers and customers.

The work is fast-paced, where you need to prioritize, make quick decisions, and stay structured even when it's busy.

Responsibilities:

• Take bookings via phone and email
• Plan and allocate trips in the traffic management system
• Communicate with drivers and customers
• Handle changes and solve problems in real time

We are looking for someone who:

• Is stress-resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good multitasking ability and can make quick decisions
• Is clear and professional in communication
• Has good computer skills
• Has good local knowledge of Gotland (meritorious)

Previous experience of similar work is meritorious but not required – we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

About the employment:

• Casual employment (work as needed)
• Shifts may occur during day, evening, and weekends
• Introduction and training provided on-site in Visby
