Operational Supervisor Electricity & Energy

We at Nordiska Energilösningar are expanding and are now looking for a driven supervisor with business acumen for our office in Kalmar. With us, you will work on everything from small villa projects to large contracts in solar panels, battery storage, backup power, and electrical installations.

About the role

This is a key role where you:

• Lead and plan our installations
• Have daily contact with installers and customers
• Drive projects forward with quality and structure
• Participate in the business – estimate jobs, see opportunities, and create upselling

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background in electricity (electrician / service manager / supervisor)
• Has experience in contract work or installation
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven
• Has a natural business mindset and enjoys customer contact
