Do you want to help build a global premium brand in hospitality?

Flexbar designs and manufactures flexible, high-quality furniture for hotels, restaurants, and events. Our products are used by customers around the world – from local businesses to some of the most renowned hotels and destinations.

We are now looking for a sharp and driven person who wants to take overall responsibility for our visual identity – and help shape how we are seen, experienced, and grow internationally.

About the role

This is a central role in an entrepreneurial company where you will have great responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

You will:

• Own and develop Flexbar's visual identity and content production

• Create brochures, product materials, and sales support

• Develop and continuously improve our website with a focus on driving traffic, leads, and business

• Produce content for social media and campaigns

• Design trade show booths and physical environments

• Work quickly and iteratively using modern tools, including AI

Who we are looking for

We are not just looking for a designer – but someone who understands how design drives business and branding.

We believe you:

• Have experience in graphic design (print and digital)

• Have a strong eye for form, detail, and the bigger picture

• Are self-driven and move your work forward

• Like pace and getting things done – without getting stuck in perfection

• Understand how brand, communication, and design relate to business

• Are comfortable working in English, both in writing and communication

And equally important:

• Use modern tools, including AI, to work efficiently and test ideas quickly

• Understand how a website should be built – visually and structurally to drive business

• Have an understanding of SEO and how to build visibility over time – or can drive that work together with external specialists

Meritorious:

• Experience with CMS / web production

• Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads)
