Green Area Worker

We are now looking for green area workers for our land and environment team in Arboga.

About the position

As a green area worker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of green spaces in public and private environments. Tasks vary depending on the season and project.

Examples of tasks:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Planting and maintenance of flower beds
• Weeding and basic ground work
• Maintenance of outdoor environments around properties, parks, and other areas

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Is responsible, meticulous, and has a good work ethic
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Has a valid driver's license (B category)

Meritorious

• Previous experience as a green area worker, gardener, or in landscaping
• Experience with machinery such as ride-on mowers, brush cutters, or trimmers
• Education in gardening, parks, landscaping, or similar
• Experience working in public environments or property maintenance
