Process Leader at IUC Värmland

In the role of process leader, you work closely with member companies and drive development and change processes that create concrete impact in the business.
What you will do
As a process leader, you are responsible for independently mapping and initiating development and change initiatives at our member companies.
You coach and support managers and leaders in their change journey and help them turn ideas into structure, working methods, and results.
A large part of the role is meeting with member companies and potential new members, understanding their challenges, and identifying how IUC Värmland can contribute with the right support and initiatives.
The position is varied and you will never be bored! You combine relationship-building work with analysis, facilitation, and implementation of initiatives on-site in the operations.
We are looking for someone who
- has a good understanding of production, industrial flows, and business development in manufacturing environments,
- has a technical background or other experience deemed equivalent,
- can conduct value stream analyses and translate insights into concrete improvement proposals,
- has an understanding of Lean methodology as well as knowledge of tools such as Kaizen, OEE, SMED (meritorious),
- has knowledge or interest in learning more about sustainability and how sustainability issues can be integrated into industrial development.
