Simulation Engineer in Hybrid for the Automotive Industry

We are seeking a developer with a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics or similar, along with a few years of relevant experience from the automotive industry or other similar technical fields.

Who are you?

The work will involve simulations for electrified vehicles in collaboration with other simulation teams. You will also have the opportunity to integrate various component models into a functioning model system.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of experience in similar work

· Knowledge of system model development in Matlab/Simulink

· Understanding of electric vehicle systems: batteries, power electronics and digital control systems

· Experience in validation of simulation models

· Experience with software work at Volvo Cars is meritorious
