We are looking for a Tendering Manager for the mechanical industry

About the role

As Tendering Manager, you play a central role in our business process. You are responsible for preparing technically and commercially viable bids for customers in the mechanical industry. The role involves close collaboration with sales, design, production, and procurement to ensure accurate calculations and attractive offers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile bids based on customer inquiries
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Perform cost calculations and pricing
• Coordinate input from engineering, production, and procurement
• Ensure bids are of high quality and delivered on time
• Participate in customer dialogues and clarify technical solutions
• Contribute to improving calculation and tendering processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics
• Has experience in calculation or tendering in the manufacturing industry
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Is analytical, accurate, and structured
• Has good business acumen and a solution-oriented approach
• Is communicative and enjoys many contact surfaces
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
