We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the mechanical industry

About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our most important customers in the mechanical industry. You work closely with both customers and internal functions such as production, engineering, and logistics to ensure that we deliver high quality and the right solutions.
Your main tasks:
- Manage and develop strategic key accounts
- Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Negotiate agreements and ensure profitable deals
- Coordinate customer projects internally to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and delivery accuracy
- Participate in quotation work and technical discussions together with colleagues
We are looking for someone who:
- Has sales experience in the mechanical industry or manufacturing companies
- Has technical understanding, preferably in mechanical engineering or production
- Is business-oriented, results-driven, and relationship-building
- Has good negotiation skills and communication ability
- Thrives in a role with both strategic and operational responsibility
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
