The Family Treatment unit offers social services a qualified, experienced, and flexible support in complex cases concerning children and families.
Deltagruppen has framework agreements with all districts of Stockholm City as well as several surrounding municipalities. Deltagruppen also has contracts with Malmö City and other nearby municipalities. JOB DUTIES
Right now, we are looking for a family therapist for Malmö on an hourly employment basis who is willing to work non-standard hours such as evenings and weekends.
As a family therapist, you will be part of a team with several colleagues. It is not uncommon for us to work with two therapists in the same case. We work with family treatment in the families' homes or in our facilities. You plan, implement, and document the work based on the assignment from social services. You work with families in need of support due to various situations such as difficult separation conflicts, domestic violence, honor-related violence, parents with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF), and families with children who are home-bound.
QUALIFICATIONS
Social worker, behavioral scientist, or psychologist. It is meritorious if you are trained in KIBB, Signs of Safety, and FREDA and Ester.
Knowledge of current legislation and the BBIC framework is required, as well as experience in assessment.
Several years of work with families with severe issues. Experience from social services and/or HVB homes is meritorious, as well as work with home-bound children and structured outpatient care. Also, good stylistic ability in both speech and writing is of great importance. We prefer that you are self-driven, persistent, flexible, and have good cultural awareness and good collaboration skills. You have an inner structure and ability to plan your work independently in collaboration with colleagues and with support from management. In addition, personal suitability and maturity are required.
Language competence or knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Persian, and Tigrinya is meritorious.
