Personal assistant wanted in Falun!

We are looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant for a man, around 25 years old, with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives in Falun. In the role of assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the opportunity to help a person live a life on the same terms as others, as much as possible.

The work includes everything from certain care, help with activities, daily chores, etc. The workplace is in his home, as well as at work and wherever he is. Working hours are both during the day and evenings, Monday to Sunday. We would also appreciate if you can work with short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

As you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected by and for your user, it is important to have a good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work with short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would like you who apply for the position to have a flexible and independent working style and be able to easily adapt to new situations. You must be responsible as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good competence in documentation and a professional approach. You who apply have a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people.

Other qualities that are good in the job are a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important. It is a great merit if you have experience working in personal assistance.
