Personal Assistant for a Young Man in Norrköping, Hourly Substitute.

About the position:

As a personal assistant with nursing training, you will be part of a dedicated team working to create safety, participation, and quality of life for our client.

The client lives in his own apartment in central Norrköping. He has been granted double staffing around the clock and awake night shifts. He enjoys music, films, and being outdoors. Several mornings each week, he attends a daily activity program together with his assistants.

Your duties:

· Perform medical interventions

· Provide personal care

· Create activities and stimulation in daily life

· Document and report according to routines

The position involves both planned routines and situations where you need to act quickly and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is a trained nurse or has experience working in healthcare, preferably as a personal assistant.

· Is driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.

· Has the ability to remain calm and methodical even in pressured situations.

· Has a professional demeanor and a big heart for care and welfare.

· Collaborates well in a team and communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

· Previous experience working with people with multiple disabilities or advanced care.

· Knowledge of medical technical procedures (e.g., tube feeding and respiratory support).

Working hours and extent:

You will be employed by Björkö Assistans, the client's assistance company. We are looking for someone who can work as an hourly substitute when needed and, if desired, some fixed shifts per month. There is a need for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Day shifts are 07:00-14:30/07:30-15:00, evening shifts are 14:30-21:00/15:00-21:30.
