Personal Assistant Wanted in Mölnlycke

We are looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant for a man in his mid-30s with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives with his family in Mölnlycke. As an assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the opportunity to help a person live life on the same terms as others, as much as possible.

The work includes everything from care, training, assistance with activities, etc. The workplace is in his home, at work, and wherever he is. Working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening, Monday to Sunday. We would also like you to be able to work on short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected for this specific client, it is important to have a good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work on short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

We would like applicants to have a flexible and independent working style and be able to adapt easily to new situations. You must be responsible as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good documentation skills and a professional approach. Applicants should have a genuine interest and sense of caring for people.

Other qualities that are good for the job include a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as good communication is very important in this job. Experience in personal assistance is a significant merit.
