Personal assistant needed in Mölnlycke

We are looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant for a man in his mid-30s with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives with his family in Mölnlycke. As an assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the opportunity to help a person live life on the same terms as others, as much as possible.

The work includes everything from care, training, assistance with activities, etc. The workplace is in his home, at work, and wherever he happens to be. Working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening, Monday through Sunday. We would also appreciate if you can work on short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants chosen by and for your specific user, it is important to have a good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work on short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would like applicants to have a flexible and independent way of working and to be able to adapt easily to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual's needs. You must have good documentation skills and a professional approach. Applicants should have a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people.

Other qualities that are good in the job include a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important. It is a great merit if you have experience in personal assistance.
