Personal assistant

We are looking for a new co-worker for a longer maternity leave cover, which can be temporary employment.

For a man in his 40s with a varying functional impairment. As a person, you should be perceptive, flexible, empathetic, responsible, confident and proactive. You must have a humble and good approach towards other people. Since the client sometimes may find it difficult to express what he wants, you must be flexible and able to read situations. You should be 35 years or older. You must be able to handle Swedish in speech and writing. We are looking for someone who can handle full-day shifts.

Assistance includes practical chores and everyday tasks in the home. Help with personal hygiene, cooking. The work also includes personal care, weekly planning and going on various activities. You should be self-sufficient and able to take your own initiative. The shifts have varying working hours throughout the day..
