Social Worker or Equivalent Educational Background – We are looking for you who want to be part of our team.

About the Job

We are seeking an engaged and responsible person with a degree in social work or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for those we help.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Supportive conversations and safety conversations – You provide emotional support and security to individuals in vulnerable situations.
• Practical support in daily life – Helping clients create structure in their daily lives through practical efforts.
• Support in contact with authorities – Assisting with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other societal institutions.
• Childcare when needed – Safe and responsible efforts for children in clients' households.
• Documentation – Keeping thorough notes and reports according to company guidelines.
• Client transport during placement – Travel within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely.

We are looking for someone with experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a secure and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calmness and responsiveness enable you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation.

Desirable experiences and skills:

• Previous work with public authority practice within social services
• Knowledge of IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) and HRV (Honor-Related Violence)
• Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and other conversational methods

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (B category)

Employment Conditions

• Full-time, daytime
• Scheduled weekly on-call duty – some weeks involve phone availability at home, trips to pick up clients around Sweden, and being able to respond on-site for acute needs.
• Individual salary setting
• Extract from the criminal record will be required
