Hello, it's me, Lotte!

I am a happy and charming 26-year-old girl living in Mölndal with my family. For my day to work, I need personal assistants by my side who can help, support, and push me.

Now I am looking for a new assistant. What I need help with is communication, meals, personal hygiene, and exercise, among other things. I communicate using a few words, Bliss, and support signs, etc.

In my free time, I enjoy being active with horseback riding, frame running, swimming, bowling, shopping trips, or fika in town. I also like cozy days at home, playing games, singing, crafting, or watching the iPad. The job is wherever I am, and part of it takes place at home with my family, so it's important that you have a sense of integrity and respect.

Who are you?

I am looking for a female assistant with a twinkle in the eye, self-confidence, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a dose of patience. It is good if you can take initiative with various suggestions for activities that motivate me, so I challenge myself and learn new things. It may take some time to get to know me and settle into everything, so I am looking for someone who sees the job as a long-term commitment, but most importantly, our personalities must click.

It is good if you are in good physical condition, as I need help being lifted here and there occasionally, for example, in and out of my wheelchair in various situations.

Applicants must have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This is especially important as the job involves providing communicative support, and also because you must be able to understand and process information both orally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have a driver's license, but it is not required.

Scope of the position

Working hours are scheduled in the afternoons from around 4 PM, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. The monthly working time is up to about 20-50% depending on how flexible you are and how much you want to work.
