About the client

The client is a happy and wonderful teenage girl who loves swimming, listening to music, and playing and having fun. She enjoys activities and is often on the move, so it's important that you, as an assistant, like an active job.

As a personal assistant, you support her in all aspects of her daily life. Tasks include hygiene, tube feeding, medication, exercise, communication, and transfers. There is a lot of movement, gymnastics, and outdoor activities. You will also participate in play and music sessions. Listening and singing together are a big part of everyday life.

About the position

We are now looking for several assistants for both daytime shifts (07:00–20:00) and awake night shifts (20:00–07:00). Work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends and takes place wherever the client is.

The work is done with double staffing, meaning you usually work together with a colleague. However, there may be times when you work alone.

Due to an increased number of assistance hours and a new schedule, there is an opportunity to express preferences regarding how you want to work and what level of employment you desire.

We are looking for you who

• Are a girl/woman
• Have a positive attitude and are energetic, cheerful, and perhaps a bit playful
• Are responsible and confident in your role
• Enjoy an active job with a lot of movement and activities
• Can take initiative easily and adapt to the client's needs
• Have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing
• Are smoke-free and do not have a fur allergy (experience with animals is a merit)
• Are open to learning sign language as support and dare to use it in communication (experience is a merit)
• See this as a long-term job

Other

The position involves assistance to a child under 18, which means you need to be able to present an extract from the criminal record without remarks. Please bring this already at the first interview.

Holiday pay, overtime pay, and other wage supplements are added according to the agreement.
