Personal Assistants Wanted - New Team in Helsingborg

Tindra is now starting a completely new team for an assignment in Helsingborg. The assignment is temporary and is expected to last approximately 6 months. The duration may be shorter or longer depending on needs. When the assignment ends, the team will be disbanded, and if there is a match, the assistants will be offered placement in other teams within Tindra.

About the assignment

The work takes place in a new team where collaboration, clarity, and low-arousal approach are crucial.

Work shifts are long and may vary between:

• Day/evening approximately 08:00–21:00
• Awake night approximately 21:00–08:00
• In some situations, double staffing may occur during the day

We are looking for someone who:

• Has competence and experience with autism
• Works with clear and low-arousal approach
• Has great compassion and a genuine interest in doing good for others
• Is empathetic, stable, and positive
• Thrives in a context where collaboration and solution-focused work are key
• Wants to be part of a team where it feels fun and meaningful to go to work
