The job is located in Finja.

Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and AD/HD. She communicates only with pictures. In her home, we work with low-arousal approach and careful structure to help her have a meaningful and functioning everyday life.

The work involves supporting her in daily life through various activities, routines, and taking care of the home.

Our member is interested in bathing, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just a ride in the car.

She is active and has a high tempo, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly change the day's plans.

We are looking for two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One position is a parental leave substitute. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can work a rotating schedule during the summer.

The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both awake night and on-call night.

A driver's license and access to your own car is a requirement to be able to get to the workplace, which is located just outside Hässleholm. During shifts, we use the member's own car.
