The job is located in Finja.

Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy and AD/HD. She communicates only through pictures. In her home, we work with low-arousal approach and careful structure to help her achieve a meaningful and functional everyday life.

The work consists of supporting her in daily life through various activities, routines and household chores.

Our member is interested in swimming, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking and going on outings or just taking a ride in the car.

She is active and has a high pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly change the day's plan.

We are looking for two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One position is a parental leave cover. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can work on a rotating schedule during the summer.

The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both awake night shifts and on-call night shifts.

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required to get to the workplace, located just outside Hässleholm. During work shifts, we use the member's own car.
