Description

Stiftelsen Linden is a non-profit, values-driven LSS organization. The organization has been operating since 1990 and is run by an active board with long experience and expertise in the field.

Stiftelsen Linden runs LSS activities providing housing and daily activities for adults diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities. Our approach is based on an individual focus where each resident's unique needs are met. We create this through a clarifying approach and an empathetic, low-arousal response that enables each individual to develop at their own pace and ability. The operation is located near Vingåker and Katrineholm. The properties and location are well adapted to the client group's need for structure, predictability, and therapeutic environment.

Working with us at Stiftelsen Linden means you have a strong interest in and understanding of others' needs. You must stand by our core values of equal value of all people and that everyone does their best based on their conditions. Our goal, which we constantly strive for, is that all our residents lead a high-quality life where they can develop according to their own conditions. We always strive to develop and increase the quality of our operations.

We believe that equal is not the same as fair; all our work is based on an individual focus where the individual's needs, interests, and conditions are central. In addition to individual focus, our operation is permeated by the guiding principles of low-arousal, empathetic approach and clarifying pedagogy.
