Preschool Teacher Wants to Develop with Their Mission!

We are currently seeking a preschool teacher for one of our departments for children aged 1-3 years, who wants to offer our children education based on their interests, planned according to the curriculum's intentions and with a scientific foundation.

Our teaching is characterized by a high trust in both each other's and children's abilities, everyone's direct participation, and a great deal of joy and commitment.

Our preschool is located at three addresses by Gustaf Adolf's Park in Östermalm, with proximity to forests, parks, and many of the city's museums. We are divided into 9 departments with 3 educators and 14-15 children in our 1-3 year old groups, and 3 educators working with 18-19 children in our 3-5 year old groups. In addition to our preschool, we also have a primary school for grades F-6. The integration of our preschool with the primary school is an asset that enables broad collegial exchange and work on our children's learning. It also means that in our professional development and staff room, we get a mix of different professional groups who meet, share experiences, and find ways to collaborate.

We also want you to see your role as a co-investigating educator and that you, together with children and colleagues, build up a project each school year. Therefore, you also need to be well versed in systematically working with pedagogical documentation.

We hope you can start the position starting in August. We are seeking a full-time position, but we can also consider the possibility of a part-time position of at least 88%.
