Education Manager for Higher Vocational Education and National Vocational Education

We are now looking for an engaged and driven education manager for our programs held in Bromma. (National Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Education)

In this role as education manager, you will work with several National and Higher Vocational Education programs, primarily within the electrical and property sectors. Some programs are on-site and others are distance-based with on-site sessions.

The goal of these programs is to provide the business community with competent labor. Here, you and your colleagues play an important role in creating conditions for students to succeed in their studies.

About the position

As an education manager, you handle the administrative and coordinating work related to the programs and are responsible for following the Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education's rules and regulations, as well as systematic quality work. In this role, you have continuous contact with companies, authorities, educators, and students, and you participate in and ensure that there is a management group for each program. You are responsible for admissions and ensuring that courses, evaluations, and documentation are in order. Other responsibilities include planning courses, ensuring that grades are set on time, and other coordinating and administrative tasks. Another important part of the role is finding internship placements for our participants at companies in the industry.

Who is our candidate?

We are looking for someone with professional experience as an education manager in Higher Vocational Education or National Vocational Education, and preferably with knowledge and networks in the property and/or electrical industry.

As a person, you are structured, organized, and skilled in coordinating and administering. You are driven and understand the importance of meeting deadlines without compromising quality. The role involves many contacts, making your communication, pedagogical, and social skills important. Lack of prestige is another very important quality, as is the ability to provide good service naturally.

You should live in the Bromma area or near Västerås.
