About Daggmasken Preschool

Daggmasken is one of Malmö's oldest parent cooperatives, located in Norra Sofielund close to parks, playgrounds, and cultural venues. We are a small and stable operation with 32 children spread across two departments and a committed team of eight staff members.

With us, the educators are responsible for the daily operations, while parents run the economic association. This creates closeness between home and preschool, strong engagement, and good conditions for high-quality operations.

Job duties

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, developing, and documenting teaching based on the curriculum.

You collaborate closely with colleagues to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment for children, and actively contribute to an operations where democracy, solidarity, equality, and respect permeate daily life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

Are a licensed preschool teacher

Have a few years of experience

Are present, engaged, and confident in your professional role

Have the ability to see both the individual child and the group's needs

Work creatively and joyfully with children's learning

Have good collaboration skills and communicate professionally
