Childcare Worker wanted for parent cooperative Sebran

Sebran is a well-established preschool run by a parent association on Kungsholmen. The preschool consists of two departments, one for children aged 1-3 years and one for children aged 3-5 years. Our children groups are smaller and staff density is high; the environment is calm and harmonious. Our operations are inspired by Maria Montessori's pedagogical ideas, and we emphasize the importance of nature experiences and cultural visits for children's development, always based on play and joyful learning. Goal-oriented value-based work and an inclusive approach are important cornerstones for us.

We are located in bright and pleasant premises. Small Sebran at John Ericssonsgatan 6 has its own garden, where we grow flowers, fruit, and vegetables. Large Sebran's premises, at address Kungsholmstorg, face the green Landstingsparken where we often play and sled when there is snow.

We are looking for a trained childcare worker who now wants to take the step to a very popular preschool on Kungsholmen that puts the children in focus! We offer a workplace with great opportunities to develop pedagogy and goals in our older children's department and toddler department.

You have the ability to work individually and in groups, and can bring enthusiasm and joy to work. You are goal-oriented and good at communicating with children, parents, and colleagues. You are structured, careful, and have good prioritization skills. You are cheerful, engaged, and flexible. You enjoy being with children and see them as your most important focus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
