Inside Sales Representative, Administration and Graphic Design

Headwear is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for its family-like office in Malmö (parental leave cover). About the position

The role combines your creativity in sales, graphic design, administration, and service with the goal of generating successful sales.

On a daily basis, incoming customers will contact you for sketches, quotes, and guidance on our products. The volume of incoming inquiries varies throughout the year, making it important that you are efficient to meet customer needs.

Knowledge and creativity in graphic design are beneficial but not required. We use several templates and tools that facilitate graphic work. If you have drive and a service mindset, we will provide training in graphic work.

In the office and warehouse in Malmö, there are currently about 25 dedicated employees. The atmosphere is open, and all employees are encouraged to come up with suggestions for development and improvement.

As a new employee, you will receive a thorough introduction to feel confident in your role as an Inside Sales Representative and gain a deeper understanding of the products.

Job duties

You will, for example:

• Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone
• Prepare quotes and product suggestions based on customer needs (graphic materials)
• Provide advice on products, materials, decoration options, and delivery times
• Place and manage orders in our business system
• Proactive upselling
• Manage your own customers
• Follow up on quotes and drive deals forward

We are looking for someone who

• Has fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily
• Has experience or interest in learning graphic design
• Has high goals and wants to achieve good sales results
• Has strong drive and is thick-skinned
• Is not afraid to contact new people
• Is a team player with a positive attitude

It is a strong merit if you:

• Have experience in sales, administration, or inside sales
• Have experience working with graphic design
• Have an interest in textiles and marketing
