We are now looking for you who wants to become Department Manager for Health & Beauty at MAXI Burlöv. Primarily, this involves managing the daily operations of the department, with a Sales Manager as a sounding board. You are cheerful and positive and absolutely love customer interactions.

The customer is the most important thing we have, and every day you work to ensure the customer leaves MAXI Burlöv with a smile – a satisfied customer returns!

As Department Manager for Health & Beauty, you are driven to create good profitability through close and effective collaboration with colleagues and customers. You are flexible and willing to try new working methods and are solution-oriented. You actively work to achieve the department's budget goals and always strive to make each day a little better!

Requirements Profile

Minimum 18 years

Experience in retail work

Knowledge of AOB

Knowledge of MinButik

Maxi ICA Stormarknad is open 7-22 every day of the week, with the exception of certain holidays. Thus, work occurs both evenings and weekends!

The position of Department Manager for Health & Beauty is approximately 30 hours per week and starts in June 2026 after agreement.
