Summer Job Sales Associate/Retail Salesperson

The role:

You are the face of the store and exceed customer expectations in service. With commitment and a genuine interest in sales and service, you inspire confidence and help our customers find the right product for their needs.

Our customers are accustomed to and value our expertise, close service, personal treatment, and quality goods at a good price.

We are proud of all our shop windows, both physical and our social media/website. Knowledge of or interest in social media, photography, WordPress or marketing is a merit.

The role also includes merchandise handling, receiving, unpacking and displaying goods, as well as keeping the warehouse in order.

About you:

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are ambitious and perceptive. You work to exceed the customer's expectations of service and can see each customer's unique needs.

To succeed in the role, you are driven by sales, find it easy to talk to people, are self-motivated and like to take initiative.

Merits:

• Previous experience in retail work, sales, service or customer service.
• Knowledge of or interest in social media, WordPress or marketing.
• Good knowledge of other languages, such as English or German.

Other:

The position is primarily a summer job, with the possibility of extended work opportunities. Perhaps you are a student and want to work extra for a limited time? Start May/June or by agreement.
