About the Role
As a traveling salesperson, you work in the field five days a week with a focus on developing business and building long-term customer relationships. You are responsible for driving and developing sales within your Bilshop, with particular focus on products for well drillers.
You have overall responsibility for your deals and actively work to identify new business opportunities. The role also includes inspecting and assessing trade-in items, mainly compressors, as a natural part of the business process.
You work independently but are also part of a close-knit team with daily communication, ongoing check-ins, and strong collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- Active sales work in the field
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers across Sweden
- Managing and developing your Bilshop
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities
- Conducting quick and efficient deals
- Inspecting and assessing trade-in items, mainly compressors
- Planning and structuring customer visits
- Handling reporting and administration related to sales
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a strong interest in sales and business
- Thrives in a high-paced environment and is comfortable with quick decision-making
- Is relationship-oriented and has good social skills
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Has a B driver's license (BE is a merit)
- Has experience or interest in vehicles, machinery, or the construction industry
- Preferably has experience assessing machinery, such as compressors
- Is structured, responsible, and a team player
