The role of site manager

As a site manager, you are the person responsible for ensuring the project is carried out according to set goals in terms of time, budget, and quality. You will coordinate staff and subcontractors to achieve the best possible efficiency and be the company's representative towards the client.

We place high demands on order and tidiness at our workplaces. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring your project is a safe workplace. Safe workplaces are our highest priority. Besides a good work environment contributing to a safe workplace, we are convinced this also leads to a better final product for the customer.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in the role of site manager in building construction or equivalent experience. We see that you are ready to take great responsibility and have a strong interest in driving projects. You have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and hold a valid driver's license for passenger cars. We highly value drive and ambition. You should thrive in a leadership role and act as a role model, always working according to our core values: teamwork, responsibility, quality, and commitment.

About us

ED Bygg is a family-owned company based in Norrköping. We currently run projects in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Norrköping, Linköping, and Söderköping. We have approximately 130 employees, divided between office staff and workers. We build everything from new production of apartments, schools, industrial facilities, and care homes. We also enjoy taking on renovation projects. ED Bygg is characterized by team spirit and lack of prestige, where everyone supports each other and we develop together.
