Job Description

As a supervisor at IRG, you have a central role in daily operations. You lead and distribute work, receive orders, plan assignments and ensure that the workday is carried out efficiently, economically and with quality.

The role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, pace and people. You need to be able to make decisions, create order, follow up and at the same time be a person the staff trusts. You are present, clear and solution-oriented – a leader who makes things happen.

You will have close contact with colleagues, customers, subcontractors and internal functions. The position also includes customer responsibility within your area, which involves quotation work, business follow-up, pricing and ongoing dialogue with both existing and new customers.

Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

• Lead and distribute daily work.

• Plan and ensure that the workday is carried out in a good, efficient and profitable way.

• Have customer contact, provide quotations and follow up on business.

• Make cost calculations, price jobs and contribute to sales within your area.

• Handle leave applications, time reporting and ongoing personnel matters.

• Conduct employee reviews and be a support for operators in daily work.

• Work with deviations, improvements and contribute to a good work environment.

• Be involved in developing working methods, productivity and the continued growth of the business.

You report to the Operations Manager. You need to have an understanding of rules, policies and legal requirements related to the operations.

Requirements for Applicants

• Experience in supervision, personnel matters or other managerial role.

• Good administrative ability and ease in creating structure.

• Ability to handle customers, employees and assignments professionally.

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Good computer skills.

• Driver's license B.

It is meritorious if you have experience from water/sewer, transport, construction, service operations, heavy vehicles or other related industry. Experience with traffic regulations, transport planning, driving and rest times or vehicle-related legal requirements is also meritorious.
