Your role with us:
As unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations, with a focus on quality, employee development, and sustainable operational development. You lead a team where each individual's contribution is crucial.
Your main tasks:
Management and responsibility for operations, including staffing and scheduling
Quality and operational development with a focus on continuous improvement
Close collaboration with customers, relatives, and staff
Ensuring compliance with laws, agreements, and guidelines
We are looking for someone who has:
A university degree in behavioral sciences (e.g., social worker, HR, nurse) or other relevant education deemed equivalent
At least 24 months of experience in elderly care or care for individuals with disabilities
12 consecutive months of management responsibility (finance, personnel, and operations, at least 75%) – this experience should be from recent years
Thorough knowledge of current laws, regulations, and rules within elderly care
Experience in administration and good computer skills
Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
