As a team leader in Detail Manufacturing, you have a key role in daily operations. You lead and support your team to ensure efficient processes, high quality, and delivery according to plan. The role involves both operational and coaching leadership.

Your tasks include:

× Leading and motivating the team in daily work

× Prioritizing, allocating, and coordinating

× Introducing, supporting, and developing employees

× Following up on results and deliveries

You

× Want to motivate and engage others

× Are structured and solution-focused

× Have experience from production and manufacturing

× Have upper secondary education in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience

× Have basic computer skills

× Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have previous experience of Lean and leadership.
