Housekeeper for Backagården Course and Conference Center AB

In the middle of Skåne you will find Backagården's Course & Conference Center. In summer surrounded by the green beech forest and in winter nestled in snow. Backagården mainly operates course and conference activities, but also operates during holidays, summer activities and catering. Backagården aims to be an affordable option for associations, organizations, public bodies, authorities as well as private companies and guests. Based on our premises and the surrounding nature, we want to develop and renew the content of the offerings we can provide to our guests.

Therefore, we are now looking for a Housekeeper for Backagården. You are a leader and organizer who, together with other employees, ensures that our guests are satisfied and enjoy their stay with us. It goes without saying that it should always be clean, tidy, and neat in rooms, restaurant, conference areas, and common spaces.

We are looking for someone who:

- has experience in hotel cleaning and janitorial work, preferably in a leading position.

- is able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

- is flexible and good at working in a team, sees solutions, is proactive, and can improvise if the situation requires.

- has an interest in the environment, such as environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods.

- is meticulous and has an eye for detail.

You must:

- ensure that laws and environmental regulations are followed.

- ensure that routines, standards, and concepts are followed.

- plan and supervise cleaning based on occupancy.

- be able to work with both cleaning of common areas and cleaning of hotel rooms; the position also involves daily operational work.

- be able to work weekends and evenings.

- be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's cleaning maintains the highest quality through daily room inspections.

The position is a permanent employment.

Backagården naturally has a collective agreement with HRF.
