🌟 About the Position – Customer Receptionist (Automotive+ Repair Shop, Enköping)
Bil+ has recently established a new repair shop in Enköping focusing on sheet metal and paint damage for trucks, recreational vehicles, and cars. We are now looking for an engaged customer receptionist who wants to be part of building the business together with us.
Start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
As a customer receptionist, you will become a central part of our customer service and a key person in daily operations. You are responsible for creating structure, planning, and a professional customer experience throughout the damage process.
Your main responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct damage inspections
- Create and manage cases in Cabas (we will teach you if needed)
- Plan, administer, and follow up on spare parts
- Book jobs into the workshop and ensure an efficient workflow
- Handle payments such as deductibles and customer-requested work
- Daily contact with insurance companies and customers via phone and email
In this role, you have great responsibility for ensuring smooth operations and that each customer receives a safe and professional experience.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and administrative tasks, preferably from a service profession where customer contact has been a natural part of daily work.
Advantageous:
- Experience from the automotive or damage repair industry
- Previous work as a customer receptionist or damage advisor
- Knowledge of Cabas (not a requirement – we provide internal training)

Requirements:
- Driver's license (B)
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Good computer skills (Office package and ability to learn new systems easily)
