About the role

As a coach, you have personnel responsibility for our collective agreement cleaners working in both private and business segments. You regularly follow up on your staff through annual employee and salary reviews as well as ongoing dialogue. You are responsible for recruitment and termination of employment. You have delegated work environment responsibility, meaning you actively contribute to creating a safe and good working environment for employees.

You are responsible for profitability within your business area and have operational customer responsibility. The role also includes working with quality, developing routines and processes, and driving additional sales.

Your main tasks:

• Personnel responsibility for collective agreement employees
• Daily operational management and coaching of team leaders
• Profitability responsibility for your business area
• Operational customer responsibility with focus on quality work and additional sales
• Driving business with customers through calculation, offer writing, and implementation

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• High school diploma
• Experience in leadership and daily management of collective agreement staff, preferably with full personnel responsibility
• Basic knowledge of the Office package and Windows
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, and preferably additional languages
• Driving license B

Experience from the service industry is meritorious.
